How much money do I need to buy a house?
Although it is possible to obtain financing from 70% to 80%, it is advisable to have at least half of the cost available, considering the down payment and the legal expenses and taxes, which represent approximately 14% of the price of the house.
What if I cannot travel to visit the property?
No problem. We have devised an online selling method to assist those buyers who are unable to visit the property in person. The whole process, from the virtual viewing to the signing of documents, can be done remotely, either by video call or our virtual reality service.
What are the costs associated with owning a property in Torrevieja?
In addition to the electricity and water services, you will have to pay the annual Property Tax, as well as the six-monthly rubbish tax. If applicable, also the community fees and the home insurance, which is compulsory if the property is mortgaged.
